If you are unsatisfied with your first purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of the original charge, no questions asked. This applies to:

Renewals are not automatically refundable. To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date from your account dashboard. Refund requests on renewals are reviewed case-by-case and are granted at our discretion (typically for unused or lightly-used billing periods within 14 days).

Please contact us before filing a chargeback — we resolve 99% of issues faster than banks can. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and being reported to payment processors.

6. Abuse of Refund Policy

Serial refunders, users who have downloaded substantial materials before refunding, or users who share content externally may be denied refunds and banned from future purchases.
